Every HarmonyWave™ order is covered by our 60-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee, starting the day your package is delivered.

• The return period starts on the day your package is delivered.
• Contact us within 60 days with your order number to request return instructions.
• For eligible guarantee returns, we provide a prepaid return label.
• Damaged or faulty devices can be replaced or refunded after support review.

How to start a return

Email support@solvraa.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with your return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being scanned by the carrier.

Shipping timelines

Orders are prepared within 1 business day. Free tracked delivery is estimated at 10–12 business days after dispatch, and tracking is emailed when the order leaves fulfillment.
